Exhibit and Sponsorship Opportunities
This first time collaboration between the International Mammalian Genome Society and the Complex Trait Community promises to be a unique opportunity for industry suppliers to showcase their services and products while supporting this important group of researchers. Individually these meetings draw anywhere from 2-300 people so we anticipate approximately 500 attendees at this conference.
Exhibits
Prime exhibit space will be available in the poster/refreshment break area for a limited number of exhibitors. Space will be assigned on a first come/first assigned basis.
Included in Space Rental Fee
8'-high pipe and back drapes, 36"-high side dividers and carpeting. Each exhibit space will measure approximately 8' x 10';
- Identification sign with exhibitor’s name and exhibit number measuring 7" x 44";
- One 6’ draped table, 2 pull-up chairs and a wastebasket;
- Up to 200 pounds of advance warehouse drayage service (receiving, storage, delivery);
- Listing on the Conference Web site;
- One copy of the Program Book for each 8' x 10' space leased;
- Exclusive opportunity to purchase meeting pre-registration list before the conference, and following the conference;
- Listing with product descriptions in the as part of the Program Book and on the website;
- Exhibitor registration for two company representatives for each space leased (additional registrations available for $50); and
- Admittance to all scientific sessions and poster sessions (does not include meals).

Mouse Genetics 2011 Mobile Website
Sponsor the Mouse Genetics 2011 Mobile Website which will be available starting mid-May to all potential meeting attendees. The mobile website can be viewed on web-enabled devices (e.g., Blackberry,
Android, iPhone, etc.) for viewing the schedule of events, abstracts search, program descriptions, poster presentations, exhibitor listings, and lots more. Your company’s name and logo will appear at the top of the mobile website.

Conference Bags
The most popular of all conference sponsorships, these bags are used long after the conference is over. Each meeting attendee receives a bag upon arrival in the registration area of the convention center. The sponsor’s Corporate Name and Logo and the meeting logo, meeting dates and location will be imprinted on the bags. You can either supply the bags (with the organizer’s approval) or we can order them on your behalf. Bags normally take at least five weeks to produce. |

Welcome Reception
Wednesday, June 22
The Welcome Reception is the official welcoming event for conference attendees. All registrants are encouraged to attend the mixer. It offers a relaxed atmosphere in which attendees can become acquainted and reacquainted with colleagues.
